"Michelle and I have been friends for quite a while, having met originally in high school. What a gift it was to work with her on the purchase of a piece of land and also a new home--both within a month! I love real estate and looking at homes, comparing values, etc. Working with Michelle made me realize how much there is to understand and how truly little I actually know about real estate. I'm a healthcare professional and work full-time. There is no way I could possibly know everything there is to know about real estate and how to protect myself in a transaction. Michelle was not only responsive and timely--she was also looking ahead during the process for possible pitfalls and concerns, including making sure I did NOT move forward on a purchase without doing a home inspection--including a radon test! Because of this, I was able to negotiate a lower price on my home to cover the cost of a radon mitigation system. (I can talk for hours about how much I learned about the dangers of radon from my home inspector! Most of us need a mitigation system and have no idea.) Michelle is a full-time realtor and makes it a priority--not just a hobby. She would often reply to my text messages while she was in training sessions--both in person and online. She is constantly learning about new rules, laws, etc. It is with no hesitation at all I would encourage anyone to seek out Michelle for her expertise in finding a new home!"

It was a competitive market but I got a house thanks to Michelle! For a military member, the housing allowance here is not enough. But Michelle helped me to find and close on the perfect house for my family that worked with my limited budget. Michelle did walk-through videos of the properties I was interested in when I couldn't be there, as I was moving to Traverse City from out of state. More importantly I appreciate Michelle and the team at Bayshore's honesty, they would not let me buy a house that wasn't right for me.

The purchase of our house was in the height of COVID… Michelle went over and above to make sure that our experience with buying the house went smoothly.

Michelle was a perfect partner for us, as my wife and I were looking for a vacation property in the Glen Arbor area. She was so responsive and eager to help us! From offer to closing all happened within just a few weeks and much of that was do to Michelle working with us -- even while she was in the UP and enduring a snow storm. My wife, Grace, and I first met Michelle by expressing interest in a home on Zillow. Initially we were cautious about revealing too much about our situation to someone who was physically in northwest Michigan while we were still in central Texas. In fact, Michelle is a great representative both long distance and in person. She has been a complete help to us acting as our agent, representative and negotiating ally for the eventual purchase of a new home. In representing us to the developer, she has been attentive to detail, careful to act in our best interest, ready to ask difficult questions and willing to coach us when our own “good” ideas simply lacked enough thought. Both on the phone and in person, she has been available, cheerful, and willing to get back to us on busy days. Several times during the past weeks, Grace has exclaimed “I’m so glad we have Michelle representing us.” I completely agree.
